Steps

1. Obtain a quote

Tell us about your projects and where you need help from us. You can fill in the questionary, or send us your scope of works.  We will submit our quotes.  

2. Start work together

Let us know when you are ready to go ahead, we will send a contract. We will start to produce the first round of drawings as soon as you return the signed contract and pay a deposit. 

3. 1st Round of drawings

You will review the first draft of drawings and let us know any updates and/or changes. 

4. Review & Revisions

Let us know how you go your progress with your clients and whether you need revisions or not (most likely you do).  Our fee includes 2 (two)  complimentary revisions.  

5. Final submissions

Please review all the updates and sign off all drawings when you are happy and accept the final drawings you receive.

  • Please provide your design sketches, dimensions, materials/ colours images and any other essential information along with any logos and style of title blocks if applicable.  
  • Our quotes include 2 complimentary revisions. It means you receive the first round of drawing(s), then you can request updates the drawings up to twice (2x times). Any additional revisions subject to agreement.   
  • Definition of Revisions: Any major/minor changes to drawings must be carried out within the same design principles. If the design differs completely from the original, this is recognised as a brand new project therefore we will need to provide a new quotation unless otherwise agreed

Disclaimer: Our drafting services are limited to providing drawings and documentation for interior design projects, primarily intended for visual presentation and communication/interpretation of your design ideas. We do not offer design consultation services for your project. Additionally, we do not provide services related to building envelope and structural designs. It is strongly recommended that you engage and consult with your own structural and various other specialty consultants, as well as certifiers.
